Your Visit to Our Dental Office
Villa Vista Dental is not like your average dental office. We understand that most families are very busy and work hard to fit dental visits into their schedules. We value your time, so we do not double-book or over-book our schedule. Except in rare cases of dental emergencies or other unforeseen events, we make it a priority to see you at your reserved appointment time.
You will always receive unhurried, one-on-one care from Dr. Tin and our hygienist. During your consultation with Dr. Tin, he will take the time to discuss your dental history, your goals for your smile, and any immediate concerns that brought you to our office. We believe that quality dental care is a team effort, so we will thoroughly explain your treatment options, answer all of your questions, and empower you to take an active role in your oral health.
Convenient Scheduling
Whether you need to schedule an appointment before or after work or book a block appointment so multiple members of your family can be seen back-to-back, we’ll help you find a time at our dentist near you that works well for your busy life.

Same-Day Dental Emergencies
Dental emergencies can be scary, and it’s hard to wait one or two days for an appointment when you’re in pain. At Villa Vista Dental, we reserve openings in our daily schedule to accommodate dental emergencies. Call our office right away if you’re experiencing a dental emergency, and we’ll do our best to see you that very day. You don’t have to wait in pain!
Anxiety-Free Dental Visits
A little bit of anxiety about dental treatment is completely normal, but if you break a sweat just thinking about sitting in the dental chair, we can help!
When comfortable amenities aren’t enough to calm your nerves, ask Dr. Tin about oral conscious sedation. Oral conscious sedation involves taking a carefully-prescribed sedative shortly before your appointment. By the time you arrive at our Elk Grove dental office, you will feel completely relaxed and ready for care. We can perform almost any treatment with the help of oral conscious sedation, from deep cleanings and fillings to wisdom teeth removal. Your visit will be over before you know it!
- Although you will feel very relaxed, you will still be awake and able to communicate with us.
- The sedation medications are very carefully prescribed, so the effects are usually mild.
- Oral sedation is a great way to complete multiple dental treatments in one visit.
